- Educational Solutions: Our educational solutions are focused on improving employability skills amongst emerging youths in the tier 2 & 3 cities in India. We believe that professional development, begins from the first step we take towards our careers and the real world. The belief stems from the collective decades of experience the team has held in the corporate sector and a realization that there is an ever widening competency gap between campus and corporate, which, today is resulting in a negative impact on not just the businesses but also India as a whole. - Corporate Training Solutions: Our corporate training solutions are focused on the frontline staff & supervisors in the Indian market. - Managed Solutions: Focused on BPO operations, with COPC certified professionals in our leadership team, needless to say, our operations are designed as per the stringent standards defined by COPC. In our international operations we specialize in the Sales & Customer Retentions space. We are planning for our domestic operations to be based out of the tier 2 nd 3 cities where we have our Paathshala training centers. We also have Aspire, our cloud based integrated learning & performance management system that we offer through our managed solutions line of business.
