Researchers say that 70% of change programs fail! So, what are the odds in your organisation? Although some might find this number staggering, it is not. It makes complete sense if you look at it from the neuroscientific point of view. From a psychological perspective, if we initiate a development program without first 'emotionally igniting' people with the idea of the change, the cart will crush the horse.

When people's emotions are not ignited what we get is large pockets of negative people whose opinion of the leaders and any 'initiatives' are "Here we go again, it's never going to work, it never does. Yet another training program with a fancy name," or words to that effect.

The objective of the study is to ascertain the following:

  • Belief people have in the program or the need for the program
  • Belief people have in the organisation values and the ability of their leaders to 'lead from the front'
  • Policies and Processes supporting the Development Program, where do they stand
  • Drawing a synergy between the expectations of the stakeholders, employees and the customer

The study will be conducted through a series of Interviews, Online Environment and Culture Assessment Surveys with a cross-section of the employee population.
